Our Founder, Chris Bezick, brings an exceptional blend of military discipline, academic excellence, and business acumen to executive search. A graduate of the United States Military Academy and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business, Chris combines 20 years of executive search experience with significant operational leadership. Prior to founding CJB Search Partners and working in executive search for a top 20 retained firm and the largest search firm based in the southeast, he demonstrated his business-building capabilities as a co-founder of a NYSE-listed financial company, where he grew a startup division into the company's largest revenue producer with 125 employees in just five years. His earlier experience as an Army Captain leading the logistics of a Rapid Deployment Force Brigade instilled the strategic thinking and precise execution that defines CJB Search Partners' approach today.
